Coursework layout
Your coursework should include a cover sheet which identifies the module (BL1102
Liability in Crime and Tort), and the title of this assessed task (‘Coursework 2’). You
should include your candidate number on the cover sheet. However, you must not
include any other identifying information (e.g., your name) on the cover sheet or
anywhere else within your work.
Please include the answers to all five questions in the same document. Please deal
with them in the order in which they are presented to you in this Assessment Brief.
You do not need to start the answer to each question on a new page. However, you
must clearly identify where your answer to each question begins and ends. The
easiest way to do this is using headings (e.g., Question 1, Question 2, etc.). You do
not need to include the wording of the question within your coursework.
Written style
Your answers should be written using a professional and formal tone; however, it
should also be readable. That means you should aim to write clearly and concisely,
to avoid overly complicated vocabulary and sentences.
Referencing
Sans-serif fonts are fonts that do not have little dashes (serifs) at the ends of each letter, for example
as Times New Roman does.
