You are to develop and present a research assignment of a topic which explores concepts of food ethics and sustainability providing a culinary emphasis. The research
assignment is not an extension of your case study assignment but is a new topic. The research assignment is to be presented in a media publication format of your
choice.
Your research assignment should be minimum 3000 words, including the supplementary information and excluding recipes.
As the format is not an academic paper, no references are to appear in the article. However, you are required to provide an annotated bibliography detailing your
research resources in attached supplementary information (template provided).
