Use of Contractions & First & Second Persons in Formal Writing

Describe your recent experiences in the BA in Organizational Leadership program using contractions and first and second persons in writing your academic papers. Did you consistently write your academic and research papers using what is considered “formal writing”? That is, writing completely in the third person and without contractions. Did every professor demand and expect your papers to be written using “formal writing”.  Discuss the experience. Submission Instructions:

(2022). Crafting & executing strategy: The quest for competitive advantage: Concepts and cases (23rd ed). McGraw-Hill Education. Chapters 1-4 I always wrote formal writing.
