The objective of this discussion post is to identify professional nursing organizations that may help guide your role as future nurses. This is in a discussion format so that classmates may see why you chose to discuss specific nursing organizations and perhaps provide insight for themselves as it may be applicable.

Directions: Please research professional nurse organizations that may interest you. Pick 2 that you believe will help you as a new nurse or even as a more experienced nurse down the road. This can be an overall nursing organization or if you are interested in a specific area, ( maybe critical care, psych, obstetrics, etc) then look to see what organizations in the United States we have for those. In addition, please write why you chose these two organizations and how you believe they will help your nursing path.
