Change is part of the strategic management process as data, resources, and staffing change. For this SLP you will create a PowerPoint presentation for your staff or faculty that outlines the importance of change and how you will communicate change results with all stakeholders.
SLP Assignment Expectations
The presentation should be 10-15 slides, excluding the cover slide and reference slide.
You should have at least three references in the presentation to support your rationale for change.
The slides should contain a mixture of text and visuals.
The slides should not be in complete sentences and read as a research paper.
The presentation should be visually appealing to the reader and tell a story.
The notes section should be used to provide additional information and enhance the presentation.
