2. Investigate Ethics and Responsibility in communication with colleagues, parents/guardians, and students, including intercultural communication and using library research tools.

3. Investigate the importance and function of social groups, impact on self-esteem and collaboration with colleagues and peers, how to social groups contribute to classroom productivity and purposeful learning.

4. Complete a textual analysis of information gathered through numbers 1-3 above and how it could be applied to your classroom management strategies, including information pertaining to the standards of this assignment as listed above. *Key Assessment for the course/program. *Task to be included in the TEP portfolio and evaluated in this course as well as at the conclusion of the program.
