PART 2- Module 2 – ASSIGNMENT
A Philosophical Approach to Happiness versus A Religious Approach to Happiness
Purpose Statement: To compare and contrast a philosophical approach to happiness with any religious approach to happiness.
Assignment details: Write a 750-word reaction essay that evaluates and critiques Aristotle’s understanding of happiness, and how it is different from a religious approach to the topic of happiness. You may want to refer back to the religion you chose in the previous module for a deeper analysis of that religion. An important factor to keep in mind is how religion relies primarily on the faculty of belief and Philosophy relies primarily on the faculty of reason.
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
- The paper is to be clear and concise and students will lose points for improper grammar, punctuation and misspelling.
- The paper should be formatted per current MLA or APA guidelines and 750 words in length, excluding the title, abstract and references page.
- Incorporate a minimum of 2 in-text citations from the lecture material and 2 in-text citations from any outside sources of your choosing.
- Your paper will be assessed through Turnitin.
