Instructions

1. Start early – There will be opportunities in class to brainstorm examples of the questions and
   to discuss any questions/concerns with your tutor.
2. Read the provided Health History for David Blackwell.
3. Refer to the marking rubric for the weighting of each component.
4. Your work must be supported by relevant academic literature including peer-reviewed
   research, where applicable – discuss this with your tutor.

• Introduction / conclusion are not needed. Use the Tasks as headings i.e.: Task 1 Qu 1… Task
  2 as headings.
• Do not repeat the questions in your response – assume the marker is familiar with the case
• Your assessment must be in Word format – i.e. .doc/.docx (not pdf).
• Appropriate line spacing at least 1.15 – 1.5.
• Basic font of Arial, Calibri or similar, size 11 or 12.
