Hughes et al.’s (2022) textbook covers the various skills leaders must develop to be effective. Each student will choose a Leadership Skill they would like to improve (Self-awareness). Write a 4-page report (less than 4 pages will not be accepted). Page count does not include the Title Page and Reference Page.
The following sections are required for the paper:
- Introduction
- Leadership Skill
- Rationale for Chosen Skill
- Plans and Expectations to Implement Skill
- Conclusion
A minimum of 4 current (2018 to present) scholarly references should be included to indicate the research. Use references with open access. This assignment will be worth 30 points of your grade. You must utilize the mandatory attached template.
