    Dear Membership Coordinator,

I am submitting this formal claim regarding the unresolved concerns I originally raised about my one-year membership at Blue Badger Gym. When I enrolled, the membership was promoted as including full access to equipment during open hours and complimentary fitness classes. Unfortunately, the actual services provided have not aligned with what was promised.

Since the beginning of my membership, I have encountered multiple issues: numerous machines have been consistently out of order, and several fitness classes I selected this gym for have been canceled without notice. I have made many attempts to contact both the front desk and management, but my messages have gone unanswered. As evidence, I have retained photographs of broken equipment, copies of the original membership agreement and promotional materials, and records of my unanswered communications. Because the services delivered differ from those advertised, I believe it is reasonable to request corrective action. Specifically, I ask that Blue Badger Gym provide one of the following remedies: a refund for the unused portion of my membership, or a discount/credit on the membership fee to reflect the reduced services, or a written guarantee of reliable access to functional equipment and properly scheduled fitness classes moving forward.

I do believe these resolutions are fair and compensating enough for the lack of management and services unavailable.I hope Blue Badger Gym values its members’ trust and will take the steps to resolve this matter. Please provide me with a written response regarding the resolution within 14 business days, and If I do not receive a response, I will be taking my complaint higher. Thank you for your attention to this claim. I look forward to a fair outcome.

    Sincerely,

    Briley Courteaux
