Risk Assessment
- Assess any major risks involved in the proposal, including quality management, safety, confidentiality, records, personnel, and how to plan for mitigation.
Governance
- Explain how the proposal fits into the current or new governance bylaws/policies, structures, and bodies, including the medical staff reporting structure.
Organization
