Design a lesson plan using Gagne’s nine events of instruction, including a rational for elements you included into that lesson plan. Next, design a complete lesson plan, using Gagne’s Nine Events of Instruction for teaching that standard. This lesson should be able to stand alone, including all necessary elements and instructions needed, for another teacher to walk into the classroom and deliver this lesson in your absence. In a 5-7 page paper, explain the rationale for your lesson, describe actual instructional strategies, explain the theory/rationale for each instructional choice, and demonstrate/describe the alignment of the lessons’ goals, objectives, and outcomes within the rest of the curriculum.
