In 3 paragraphs, briefly identify your topic and explain in your own words the relevant research about your selected topic, being careful to cite the sources of your information, including our text. No quotes or paraphrases are permitted. In this first section, you must go beyond only sharing your personal opinions and experiences. Summarize some research on your topic.
Then, in 2 pages, describe how and why conclusions from that research have been illustrated in your own experiences with leadership or can impact development of your own leadership competencies. Explicitly connect the research in the first section of your paper with your own experiences and development.
In your submission, use at least 2 specific references to incorporate the assigned learning materials.
