Use the provided Worker Safety Training Document & Container Label template (attachment) to summarize the hazardous substance worker training information necessary to comply with 29 CFR 1910.1200(b)(4)(iii).
Review the SDS document provided for your hazardous substance and construct a container label in compliance with hazard communication requirements. Use the provided Unit 3 Assignment Label Template (attachment) or a free online label generator to construct the container label. Take a screenshot of your completed label and include it as Figure 1 in your Worker Safety Training Document & Container Label document.
Include a “Top 5 Worker Take-Aways” section with the most important information a front-line worker should know about the potential harm to human health and the environment from the selected hazardous substance.
Provide references for all sources used to complete the assignment.
