Background on the chosen organisation and its challenge to address Project aims, objectives and expected benefits to explain what the project needs to achieve. Outline a business case, comparing multiple options and making an investment appraisal. Project approach: a justification of the methodology selected for this project. Stakeholder Management Plan, mapping power/interest Team Organisation, including a RACI matrix. Schedule, including a discussion of the critical path Risk Register, including responses.
