                Assignment:

1.     Schedule a video/audio call with your professor. (This will be an informal conversation format.) Be prepared for an INFORMAL discussion of the various groups you consider when preparing for a major change or transition in your organization.

2.     This discussion will address how you will study the various cultures within your community (both internal and external stakeholder groups). Begin to contrast your personal background and that of your faculty/leadership team with that of your broader community.

3.     The questions guiding the discussion will be:

●      What cultures have you identified within your immediate area of influence? Both internal and external groups.

●      How could you learn about these cultures and how they perceive education?

●      What kind of measure do you intend to take to gain a deeper understanding of what they feel they need from education programs or what outcomes do they want from the organization?

●      How do you connect learning theory to diverse cultures/backgrounds and educational practice?
