• ACTION:  Prepare an analytical essay.
• CONDITION:  As a learner and leader, acting as a platoon sergeant using an organizational-level leadership perspective in a classroom environment, given references, activities and classroom discussions.
• STANDARD:  Preparation includes an analytical essay with a minimum of three full pages, no more than five full pages, using the seven principles of mission command to appraise the Assault River Crossing at Nijmegen Case Study IAW the APA 7th Edition Writing Style.

Analyze and evaluate the major points of your case study for research utilizing the seven principles of mission command. Use your time to develop a deep understanding of your topic to fully explain your analysis. You are required to give an in depth introduction of your topic based on the APA 7th edition writing style. Then, develop the body of the paper using not less than 3 full pages, and no more than 5 full pages. Provide level 1 headings from one topic to the next. The use of transitional sentences between paragraphs is also authorized in addition to level 1 headers. You are required to provide at least two scholarly or doctrinal references on a properly APA formatted reference page at the end of your essay. Ensure your essay is double-spaced, uses 1″ margins, and Times New Roman, 12 point font.

Furthermore, it must follow the APA standards. Please only utilize pages 79 -85 with the title listed above for the case study. It can also be seen in the table of contents.
