  • Leadership, Culture, and Change – Jerusalem Paints (pg. 214–216)

Structure Required:

  1. Introductory Analysis (~400 words) – Use guiding questions:
    • What? – Describe the issue
    • Why? – Analyze significance
    • How? – Theoretical connections
    • What else? – Lessons and implications
  2. Core Evaluation (~900 words) – Analyze 3 elements: communication, leadership, resistance, power, culture. Use theory critically.
  3. Change Management Challenges (~600 words) – Discuss uncertainty, fears, ethical dilemmas.
  4. Reflective Conclusion (~500 words) – Your own learning and how this informs your future leadership/change practice.
  5. Harvard Referencing – Correct in-text citation and reference list required.
