In this task you will construct an essay based on the Essay Plan you wrote in Assessment 2.1. The feedback obtained from your tutor for the essay plan will contribute significantly to this piece of assessment. In approximately 1800 words, discuss the topic you have chosen. When discussing your topic, you are advised to address the significance of the topic that you have chosen, key concepts related to the topic and integrate relevant scholarly literatureAims
By completing this assessment, you will demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of key psychological concepts. You will be required to source and present empirically based information on psychology topics and provide your own critical analysis.

Content and Argument
Content presented is relevant to the chosen essay topic. Forms an argument, both within each paragraph and across the whole essay. Uses evidence from the peer- reviewed research literature to support argument.
Critical Evaluation of Research Literature
Critically analyses the chosen topic by comparing and contrasting research evidence and different points of view. Integrates information drawing from theories covered in course content and references used.
Relevance of Literature
Selects peer-reviewed literature that is contemporary (empirical evidence) and relevant to the chosen topic. Cites evidence from literature appropriately, accurately representing ideas.
Written Expression and Structure
The written expression in the response of is of high quality (free from spelling, grammar and language errors), and is organised and structured in a logical fashion.
Referencing
Correctlyparaphrases and formats referencesusing the APA 7th edition conventions.
Word CountThe word count for the essay is 1800 words (+/- 10%). This word countexcludesthe reference list butincludesin-text references.*Note.As noted in the Course Outline, your marker will stop reading once the word count (including the 10% leeway) has been reached.

Write the essay using the below structure:
Introduction
Please note that you can include the same introduction paragraph as in the Essay Plan (Assessment 2.1) with marker feedback addressed.
Body
The body section of the essay should include three or four paragraphs that each discuss one broad idea or concept.
If you need to use more paragraphs, that’s fine the important thing to remember is not to try and cover too much or introduce new ideas in the same paragraph.
Conclusion: A concise conclusion is provide. Ensure that no new information that has not been discussed throughout the essay is included in the conclusion.
