You are required to participate in an exhibition that demonstrates your understanding of the key concepts  of Equality, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EEDI) as discussed in the module. The exhibition will also  include the development of a campaign designed to promote inclusivity within Buckinghamshire New  University (BNU). 

Your Exhibition Should: 

▪ Demonstrate Creativity:

You are encouraged to use a variety of tools, such as creative software,  AI, or traditional methods like posters or infographics, to develop your display. Your exhibition  should reflect your understanding of the core EEDI concepts and their practical application in  business and societal contexts. 

▪ Cover the Three Learning Outcomes: Your exhibition must address the following: 

1. An evaluation of equality, equity, and diversity concepts in the workplace. 
2. Knowledge of the business case for inclusivity and related policies and practices. 3. The application of inclusive practices and how these can be applied to new situations.
