For this assignment, perform a web search for companies that had problems in their S&OP development or execution.

Then, depending on the details provided by your source, discuss real problems (or if no details were provided, your thoughts on potential problems) that may arise with the components of S&OP that we discussed in this class (at a minimum: forecasting, aggregate planning, MRP, inventory management).
