Learning Project: Plan for Implementation Presentation Assignment Instructions

Using the organization selected in the Learning Project: Contemporary Management Techniques Research Paper Assignment, prepare a PowerPoint presentation and Kaltura video outlining the plan for implementation.

 The PowerPoint slides should include a detailed plan of how the contemporary management technique selected in the Learning Project: Contemporary Management Techniques Research Paper Assignment would be implemented in the chosen organization. The PowerPoint slides should discuss the course of action the organization should take in implementation. In addition, a biblical integration should also be included in the discussion of the selected contemporary management technique. 

This plan for implementation using the PowerPoint slides will be presented in a 15–20-minute video using Kaltura.

The PowerPoint slides and presentation should include the following:

1. General description of the organization, including its industry and the products/services provided. 
2. A detailed description of the 1 contemporary management technique selected in the Learning Project: Contemporary Management Techniques Research Paper Assignment and how it should aid this organization’s key employees in achieving its critical success factors (CSFs). 
3. Detailed plan of how the contemporary management technique will be implemented. What course of action should be taken to implement this new management technique?
4. Include biblical integration discussing the plan for implementation of the contemporary management technique.
5. Cite the Blocher et al. (2022) course textbook, the Bible, and at least 3 additional scholarly sources. Wikipedia, Investopedia, and other popular sources are not considered scholarly sources and should NOT be used. Articles from websites are good supplemental resources, but the bulk should come from scholarly journals. Please be sure to review the Online Writing Center’s webpage, “Choosing Appropriate Resources for Academic Papers,” as it specifically outlines Liberty University’s acceptable resources. 6. The PowerPoint slides should include a reference page in current APA format.  

The PowerPoint slides and Kaltura video will be uploaded to Canvas using the link provided. There is only 1 submission attempt for this assignment.
