Insourcing isn't easy. Political news lately is all hot about bringing manufacturing jobs back to the United States. Perform a web search and write a short paper about 2 such companies that have recently, or are considering, moving manufacturing back home.

• Provide your assessment about the pros and cons of making such a move in terms of short-term and long-term issues.
• End your report by identifying at least one public or private organization that can assist in this type of Insourcing decision and describe what services they provide.
