For this assignment, you will create a presentation for a group of individuals who have been identified as leaders in their teams within your current or future health care setting.
Include an additional slide for the following:

Based on your current or future health care setting, create a 10-12-slide presentation that can be presented in 10-12 minutes that includes the following information:
- After selecting two of the four leadership styles presented in the "11 Leadership Styles in Healthcare" article in topic Resources (autocratic, democratic, transformational, and servant) that would be most effective in a health care setting, compare those leadership styles and explain why the behaviors and skills of each would be most effective in a health care setting.
- Explain why it is important for health care leaders to understand their leadership style.
- Describe the leadership skills and behaviors necessary for fostering diversity and inclusion while ensure professionalism and professional responsibility.
- Explain how leadership styles are impacted by personal, organizational, societal, multicultural, and global norms and values.
- Explain how the norms and values that impact leadership are aligned to the Christian worldview principles of human value and dignity.
A minimum of the textbook and three other scholarly references from credible sources are required for this assignment. Two of the three sources must be from a peer-reviewed journal published within the past 5 years and must be appropriate for the assignment criteria and health care setting.
While APA style is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and documentation of sources should be presented using APA formatting guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
