Based upon your specialty, select any process case of your choice. Keeping in view the selection, using your words you are required to:
 Provide brief of the process (introduction, purpose etc.)
 Following the PDCA cycle in quality system, provide at least five (05) actions/ activities that you will conduct to develop a PDCA cycle for your selected process
 Consider the Juran Trilogy concept of quality improvement and explain your selected case study in the light of major aspects of the trilogy with proper reasoning (at least 02 in each case)
 Propose remedial measure to manage the each of the identified cause using proper practical examples (at least 02 in each case)
