AP Calculus BC includes all of AB, then adds topics such as infinite series, parametric and polar functions. Both are scored from 1 to 5.
Choosing between them
If you’re comfortable with algebra and functions and want a heavier workload, BC gives you more college credit for one exam. If calculus is new and tricky, AB done well is the better choice.
