Here are some ideas to get you started. You can pick one of these, or post something else related:
- How can healthcare professionals improve their practice using theories or models? How would you apply one of the models you studied thus far to your own work?
- Talk about a change that affected your work, either positively or negatively. How do the models we’re studying help frame this? Was the change a good idea, based on your readings?
- Look at the AACN Four Spheres of Care, and think about how you can collaborate with faculty to determine which area of practice you may wish to gain more experience in.
- Find an image or video online that relates to evidence-based practice. How does it tie into what you’ve learned in class so far?
- Think of a time when evidence would have been helpful for solving a work-related issue. How would you go about collecting data for this issue for the future?
