Agency Evaluation and Improvement Paper Annotated Bibliography and Outline

This paper serves as an outline of the Agency Evaluation and Improvement Paper (instructions detailed in Unit 5). Required elements of this portion include:

1. Annotated Bibliography: Submit an Annotated Bibliography on the history, current trends, and strengths analysis of a human services or counseling agency/organization. The purpose of writing an annotated bibliography is to describe the relevancy of the sources cited. In this assignment, list scholarly journal articles in APA style and write a brief (less than 200 word) annotation (concise summary) of each of the articles. 
   • Prepare your Annotated Bibliography using 6 scholarly journal articles. You must submit 2 journals for each of the following areas:
     • Historical events that shaped the organization/agency
     • Current trends that will impact the future of the organization/agency
     • Strengths and barriers of the organization/agency
   • Each reflective summary should be at least one paragraph in length (no more than two). For more information on Annotated Bibliographies, see the link in the course site.
2. Paperrrrr Outline: Provide an outline of this paperrrr using the Annotated Bibliography as the basis. The outline should include:
   • Paperrrr Title
   • Thesis Statement (one sentence)
   • Topic Areas (see Unit 5 for the main areas) with a one- to two-sentence description of each topic. Be sure to include an Introduction and Conclusion section.

 Parts 1 and 2 are worth 5 points each, for a total of 10 points for the assignment. Submit both parts as one document with an APA cover page attached.
