- Review this week’s Learning Resources on scheduling activities and review any resources to support your use of the project management software.
- Review the Oak Township Medical Center Case Study. As a project manager, think about how you will identify and add resources to your project plan.
Day 7
- Update and submit your project schedule that you began developing in Week 6 in which you complete the following:
- Identify needed resources.
- Assign and level resources.
- In addition to submitting your updated project schedule file, also submit a 2- to 3-page paper that evaluates the successes and challenges experienced in creating your project plan. Identify project management strategies that you would employ in the future to address challenges and explain why you would apply them.
Be specific and include at least 4 references to scholarly resources.
